Receptionist/Office Assistant

Barnabas Foundation is seeking a Receptionist to perform office support functions at our Tinley Park, IL, location. We help Christians with their estate planning, planned giving and charitable giving needs. Primary responsibilities of this position are to manage incoming phone calls, welcome visitors, assist with mailings, assemble marketing materials and provide other project assistance as assigned. Qualified candidates must have office experience with excellent computer and database skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
